Typical Dry Off Oven

The dry off oven is the final preparation before brazing. The purpose of the dry off oven is to remove the water present from the fluxing stage so that the heat exchanger is free of moisture prior to entering the braze furnace. The oven's interior components are constructed of stainless steel to ensure a long working life. The heat input can be provided by electric elements or natural gas or propane fired burners.

  • Electrically heated or Gas-Fired systems
  • Typical operating temperature 150°C to 300°C
  • Dedicated conveyor systems or furnace inline systems to eliminate transfer points
