SECO/WARWICK Corp. operates a fully equipped 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility, located 1 mile from 1-79 in northwestern Pennsylvania. ISO 9001 Certified since 1994, the shop is staffed with experienced technicians, including AWS certified welders.
Our facility offers plenty of capacity for large fabrications with 29 foot overhead capacity and level fabrication bays. Large shipping and receiving doors (17 feet x 24 feet) ensure that large fabrications can be loaded for transport directly from the shop floor
Carbon and Stainless Steel Fabrications
SECO/WARWICK can handle large structural steel fabrications and handle most projects from 12 gauge to 3 inch thinck steel plate. The shop specializes in fabrications using nickel chrome alloys (430 to 330) and refractory metals (Molybdenum).
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our CNC Plasma cutting machine cuts 2D shapes from carbon and stainless steel plate. Although plasma cutting is not suited for high precision or fine detail, it will produce intricate curves, inside cuts and sharp corners. This service is a low cost alternative to laser since no custom tooling is needed and can be used for thick metal sheets.
Insulation
As a heat treat furnace manufacturer, our shop is experienced installing a wide variety of insulation including firebrick, block, and ceramic fiber with and without stainless steel liners. The fabrication bays are level and ideal for pouring castable. SECO/WARWICK also has extensive experience in plastic refractory and field installations.
Electrical Control Panels
SECO/WARWICK can manufacture custom control pcabinets, sub-panels, pedestal control stands and provide wiring services.
