Quality Management System Summary
SECO/WARWICK Corporation has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in order to document the company’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers, and improve the overall management of the company. The QMS of SECO/WARWICK meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000. This system addresses the design, development, production, installation, and servicing of the company’s products.
Quality Policy of the Corporation is as follows:
Quality is providing that which the customer ordered, at the price and delivery date agreed upon while meeting the customer's expectations as to performance, durability, ease of operation and maintenance.
The Quality Goals of the Corporation are as follows:
- Provide a product that meets our customer’s expectations as to performance, delivery and price.
- Provide a positive work environment for our employees.
- Provide an adequate financial stream to grow the business.
- Provide innovation of heat-treating process to the industry.
- Provide a process of continuous improvement to achieve the previous four points.
SECO/WARWICK USA received ISO 9001 Certification from TÜV America initially in 1994.
In October 2003, TÜV America awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification; recertified in December 2006.
