Checking the Braze at the Furnace Exit

You are overheating the product. This sometimes is accompanied by crushed airways in the center of the part. Check part temperature profile with the furnace tracker. If product temperature exceeds 618°C (1144°F), speed up the belt or reduce temperatures.
