Jeff Boswell is the President of the global SECO/WARWICK organization
Mr. Boswell joined Sunbeam Equipment Corporation in 1978 as a Project Engineer in the
furnace sales department. In 1983, he worked as a Project Engineer for Vacuum
Systems. In 1986, he was promoted to Product Manager, General Furnaces Group for
SECO/WARWICK, where he was responsible for marketing over forty types of vacuum
and atmosphere heat treat systems. In 1989, he was promoted to Vice
President of Sales and Marketing and was elected to the corporate Board of
Directors. Mr. Boswell was responsible for the successful product launch
for Controlled Atmosphere Brazing furnace systems for SECO/WARWICK worldwide,
and serves as Global CAB Braze Team Leader. He is a graduate of
Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
Mr. Boswell recently completed his tenure as President of the Industrial Heating Equipment
Association and continues to serve as a member of the IHEA Board of
Directors and Executive Committee. Mr.Boswell was elected first Vice President
in 2003. He has been active as a member of the IHEA Program Committee from
1999-2002, serving as Chairman in 2000. His committee involvement began as
member of the Foreign Relations Committee from 1990-1999, serving as Chairman
from 1995 to 1999. He serves on the Board for the CuproBraze®
Alliance, a consortium of companies and organizations worldwide who
facilitate the adoption of CuproBraze technology by the global automotive
industry.

Wojciech Modrzyk, SECO/WARWICK SA, Director, Vacuum Division, Business Development Manager, joined SECO/WARWICK in 1998 as a Project Manager. He has served as Sales Manager then Team Leader for the Vacuum Group, then in 2005, he advanced to Vice President for SECO/WARWICK Limited.
Mr. Modrzyk is responsible for the business development activities for the SECO/WARWICK Group worldwide, as well as product development and marketing for Vacuum Furnace Technology. During his tenure, the SECO/WARWICK Vacuum Group has promoted new technologies that have advanced the art of vacuum heat treating with products like the Universal HPQ, Vacuum Carburizing, FineCarb® and SimVac™. He is responsible for the development of new businesses in China and India and alliances with strategic partners world wide.
Mr. Modrzyk holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Zielona Góra University.

Piotr Skarbinski, SECO/WARWICK S.A., Global Product Director for Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) equipment began his career in 1988 at ELTERMA as a project engineer, then joined SECO/WARWICK later that year. He worked as a sales application engineer for Vacuum Furnaces, then was promoted to Sales Manager for General Furnaces in 1997. In 2001, he became the Product Manager for Aluminum Process Equipment and CAB Furnaces.
Mr. Skarbinski has served as the Global Product Director for CAB furnaces since 2005, and was instrumental in the acquisition and consolidation of the CAMLAW and CuproBraze® brands into the SECO/WARWICK product group portfolio.
Mr. Skarbinski holds a Masters of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Machine Technology from Zielona Góra University and is a member of IMechE (Institution of Mechanical Engineers).

Grzegorz Paluch, President, ELTERMA S. A.
Mr. Paluch brings over 18 years of experience in engineering, metallurgy and business management to the 55 year-old provider of heat treatment equipment and contract manufacturing services.
In 2005, he was appointed a Managing Director of Inter Stal Centrum Ltd. Commercial Heat Treatment Shop seated in Mysłowice, which belongs to BŐHLER-UDDEHOLM Group. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Paluch served as Vice President of Nitrex-HTC Ltd. in Częstochowa and Member of the Board of Directors for Castelli Nitrex Ltd. in Zabrze.
In 1996, during his tenure at Nitrex Metal Inc., Montreal, Canada, Mr. Paluch launched Nitrex-HTC Ltd., the first network of commercial heat-treating shops in Poland as General Manager. The business was started with one heat treating shop located in Częstochowa (South of Poland), and successfully expanded to additional commercial HT shops in Poland - in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, in Chełmo (near Toruń) and in 2004, the Nitrex-HTC shop in Świebodzin was established.
From 1989-1996 he worked for Polmo, the Automotive Assemblies Company in Praszka, Poland (formerly Visteon S.A., currently, Tedrive Poland Ltd.), starting his career as a technologist and finally serving as Manager of Technology Dept.
Grzegorz Paluch holds a Master of Science, Metallurgy from Technical University in Częstochowa, Poland, Specialty: Metal Science and Heat Treatment.

USA
Keith Boeckenhauer, is Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SECO/WARWICK Corporation (USA). As COO, Mr. Boeckenhauer is the senior member of the executive team, responsible for the Company's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, profitability, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
He is the Aluminum Global Product Manager coordinating SECO/WARWICK’s Aluminum Teams in the USA, Poland, Russia, China and India.
Mr. Boeckenhauer joined SECO/WARWICK in 1984 as a Project Engineer in nonferrous melting and holding furnaces. He became Product Manager of Molten Metal furnaces in 1989. He served as Manager of Environmental Systems beginning in 1991, Manager of International and Marketing Services in 1994, and was promoted to Vice President, Aluminum Mill Equipment in 1997. Mr. Boeckenhauer served as Vice President of Engineering from 2002-2004, when he was promoted to VP, Aluminum Group.
He earned a BS degree in Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla and completed graduate courses in Business Administration at Gannon University.

Paul Huber, Past President, Thermal Process
Group Leader, has been actively involved with industrial
heating equipment since 1964, when he started work with the Sunbeam
Equipment Corporation. Beginning his career as a cost accountant, he
quickly moved to more product oriented responsibilities. He became a
Project Engineer and later served as Project Manager, Manager of
Sales, Director of Marketing and as Vice President of Marketing. Huber
served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SECO/WARWICK
Corporation from 1989-2005.
Mr. Huber has held most of the major offices within the Industrial
Heating Equipment Association. In
1998, he served as the Association's President; in 1997, as First Vice
President; and in 1996 as it's Second Vice President.
He served on the Public Relations Committee from 1987 to 1990;
Legislative Action Committee in 1983 and 1984, and the Statistical
Committee from 1990 to 1995. He served the nation as a member of
the US Department of Commerce's Materials Processing Equipment
Technical Advisory Committee from 1996-2002.
Mr. Huber is a graduate of the Technical
Institute of Alliance College and has attended both Gannon University
and California University.

Janusz Kowalewski, Vice President, Vacuum
Systems, is the USA Vacuum Team
Leader. He has been
employed by SECO/WARWICK since 1990 as Sales Project Engineer, International
Manager and the Director of Pacific Rim Operations in Beijing, China. After his
tenure in China, Kowalewski served as High Pressure Quench/Vacuum Carburizing
Product Manager and Applications Engineer.
Mr. Kowalewski holds a Bachelor of
Science from Edinboro University, and an MBA from Gannon University. An active
member of both MTI and ASM, he has authored many articles on vacuum technology
and serves on the editorial committee for Heat Treat Progress.

Jack Mahoney, Aluminum Team Leader joined SECO/WARWICK in 1981 and has served as Product Manager for Aluminum Solution Heat Treat Furnaces and Project Engineer in both non-ferrous melting and aluminum process furnace equipment. As Team Leader, Mr. Mahoney will be responsible for all of the sales, marketing, engineering and field service activities for aluminum heat treatment (annealing, homogenizing and preheat), solution heat treating and non-ferrous melting product groups in North America, and a technical consultant within the global SECO/WARWICK organization.
Mr. Mahoney graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mahoney has published several technical papers on various heat treatment topics in association with ASM International.

Eric Schreiber, Thermal Process Team Leader joined SECO/WARWICK 1996, and has served as Project Engineer for projects, field service and sales applications. As Team Leader, Mr. Schreiber will be responsible for all of the sales, marketing, engineering and field service activities for atmosphere furnaces, protective atmospheres and CAB/CuproBraze® equipment.
Mr. Schreiber holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering Technology from Gannon University.

Chuck Field, Manufacturing Team Leader, joined SECOWARWICK in
1990 as a Field Service Engineer, then was promoted to Project Engineer
in 1992. He was later named Design Engineer for the CAB Brazing Team,
responsible for developing and standardizing SECO/WARWICKs successful
CAB systems, then later served as Team Leader.
Mr. Field graduated from Penn State
University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Art Russo, Secretary/Treasurer/CFO, has served SECO/WARWICK since
1992. His primary responsibilities include supervising all financial,
treasury, tax and accounting matters, including the financial oversight of
the global SECO/WARWICK Group . Mr. Russo has been active in IHEA throughout his tenure with SECO/WARWICK, and currently serves on the Operational Information Committee.
Mr. Russo served as the Corporate representative for strategic planning for the Crawford Central School District from 1994-1995 . He served in the United States Air Force from 1964-1968, earning the rank of Captain. He received his formal education at the
University of Bridgeport, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and
completed the course work for an MBA.

Lou Stack, General Counsel, Director of Human Resources
provides in-house legal counsel, oversees human resource activities andsupervises contracts for the SECO/WARWICK global organization.
In over 20 years of private practice, Mr. Stack has specialized in creditors
rights, litigation, business, personal injury, real estate, employment
law and labor law. He has expertise in providing representation for
business and employment litigation, commercial contracts, liability
prevention, real estate, insurance and Federal compliance issues.
He is a member of the Crawford County Bar Association, and has
served as Labor Solicitor for Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allegheny College, and Juris Doctor
from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, U.S. District Court, Western District of
Pennsylvania, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Maureen Beth Ryan is Marketing Communications Director, coordinating the integrated marketing communications program for SECO/WARWICK Corporation.
Ms. Ryan has served both SECO/WARWICK and it’s predecessor, Sunbeam Equipment Corp. in a variety of positions including Buyer, Estimator and Project Sales. Ms. Ryan joined Marketing Services in 1995 where she is responsible for all advertising, public relations, web content management, direct response, special event and tradeshow activities.
Currenty enrolled in the Integrated Marketing Communications Masters program at West Virginia University, Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Edinboro University. In 2006, she earned the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) designation by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

SECO/WARWICK (Tianjin) Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd.
Mr. Li, President has been in the industrial heat processing business for over 24 years. He graduated from Tianjin College with a Bachelor of Science in Heat Treatment Equipment Design and Metallurgy, and then worked for the Tianjin Industrial Furnace Company for 11 years as Sales Manager. In 1994, he established the Tianjin Kama Electric Thermal Equipment Mfg. Co. Ltd. As General Manager, Mr. Li was responsible for sales, design, fabrication and service of all the equipment.
Nancy Kowalewski (Liang Zhi Ling), Asia Market Manager, SECO/WARWICK USA
Mrs. Kowalewski has worked for SECO/WARWICK since 1995, beginning as Project Manager in Beijing until 1998, when she returned to the USA, where she currently serves as Asia Market Manager. Mrs. Kowalewski earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Taiwan University and an MBA from Gannon University.

India
N. Rajgopal, Director
Mr. Rajgopal studied at Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and obtained B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later he joined an Indo-German company and with his experience in this company of design and manufacture of industrial furnaces, he took the lead in setting up Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ACEPL) in 1970.
Mr. Rajgopal has led Allied Furnace Pty. Ltd. ’s (AFPL) efforts in developing very innovative and reliable designs of incinerators which have now found wide acceptance in pharmaceutical and other industries. His study and analysis of the of industrial furnace design and related design improvements have made our furnaces most versatile and efficient. Allied incinerators have become the first choice of customers in India.
With more than 40 years of wide ranging experience in all aspects of the business of producing industrial furnaces and incinerators, Mr. Rajgopal continues to be at the helm of affairs in AFPL and ACEPL.

Vishnu N. Nasta, Director
Mr. Nasta graduated in mechanical engineering from the Poona College of Engineering. After working in an Indo-European company manufacturing industrial furnaces for about 4 years, he joined his two colleagues in setting up Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ACEPL).
ACEPL is the foremost manufacturer of top, as well as, top and bottom fired re-heating furnaces in India because of the leadership provided by Mr. Nasta in developing and constantly improving this technology. Similar efforts by him in improving several other technologies and in taking the customer-relation to newer heights has greatly contributed to ACEPL’s undisputed leadership in the field of industrial heating.
With more than 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of industrial furnaces, Mr. Nasta continues to lead the business of ACEPL.

Venkatraja U. Rao, Director
Mr. Rao studied metallurgy at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and later obtained post-graduate diploma in heat-treatment technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
After working for about 5 years in an Indo-European company manufacturing industrial furnaces, he joined his two colleagues in establishing Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ACEPL). He lead the ACEPL’s efforts in developing bell-type, high convection batch annealing plants for bright annealing cold-rolled steel under 100% hydrogen atmosphere, as well as other styles of atmosphere furnaces like roller-hearth furnaces- all very successful products.
Mr. Rao brings over 40 years of experience in the field of industrial heating.
