EIN ELEKTRISCH BEHEIZTER HORIZONTALER RETORTENOFEN ZUM GASNITRIEREN<\/h1>\n

TYP HRNE 60.60.90-760-6,2-Z<\/h2>\n

Der horizontale Retortenofen ist zur Durchf\u00fchrung von W\u00e4rme- und thermochemischen Behandlungsprozessen f\u00fcr Baust\u00e4hle bestimmt.<\/p>\n

Die W\u00e4rmebehandlungsprozesse werden mit einer gasdicht verschlossenen Retorte durchgef\u00fchrt. In der Retorte wird ein Zwangskreislauf der Schutzatmpsoh\u00e4re mit einem Umluftgebl\u00e4se und einem Lenksystem (Innenzylinder) umgesetzt. Solche Konstruktionsl\u00f6sung gew\u00e4hrleistet eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Chargenerw\u00e4rmung im Nutzraum des Ofens. Dadurch wird auch sichergestellt, dass alle ihre Oberfl\u00e4chen Kontakt zur Schutzatmosph\u00e4re haben.<\/p>\n
