\"MEINEDein Zugang zum technischen Support, wo du ein Problem melden kannst, das du nicht in\u00a0der Lage bist, selbst zu l\u00f6sen, oder nach einer L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr ein \u00e4hnliches Problem suchen kannst.<\/h2>\n

Im\u00a0Rahmen dieses Moduls hat der Benutzer Zugriff auf den Kundenservice, wo er\u00a0die Meldungen selbst einsehen kann (auf der Suche nach einer L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr ein \u00e4hnliches Problem) oder ein neues Problem mit dem Ofen melden kann. Jeder Meldung wird eine Nummer und eine f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sung des Problems verantwortliche Person zugewiesen, was die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem SECO\/WARWICK-Service sowie die Meldungs\u00fcberwachung und -l\u00f6sung erleichtert. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Meldung angenommen und bearbeitet wird.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au\u00dferdem gibt es\u00a0eine von unseren Spezialisten erstellte Wissensdatenbank, in\u00a0der man auf breiten und fachkundigen technischen Support zugreifen kann, wo Probleml\u00f6sungen ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden.
