He represents the academic discipline of Materials Engineering.Laureate of the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Governor\u2019s Award in the Category \u201cInvention of the Year 2007\u201d and Award of the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Metals Science Association. Academic interests: surface engineering, nanomaterials. He is an author of 3 monographs, over 250 science and science-technical articles, as well as author or co-author of 21 patents. He is the founder and primary shareholder of the Hart-Tech Sp. z o.o. quenching plant, where he currently holds the position of Management Member.
