SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8:Visit SECO/WARWICK at Advanced Engineering 2021 | booth D104
DESCRIPTION:Birmingham will host an annual manufacturing and supply chain event.\n\nSECO / WARWICK will present modern, energy efficient and ecological vacuum heat treatment equipment with guaranteed technology at the Heat Treatment 2021 fair.\n\nThe stand will include, among others:\n\n UniCase Master® - Challenges conventional case hardening methods by revolutionizing the equipment and process technology for the continuous heat treatment of gears.\n CaseMaster Evolution – A new generation case hardening furnace that can be configured as a double or triple chamber vacuum furnace for low pressure carburizing (LPC), equipped with oil and gas quenching suitable for high volume production.\n Vector® - Vector is a single-chamber vacuum furnace using gas quench that can be used for a wide variety of heat treating processes and applications.  It provides important capabilities for producing high-uniformity in heat treated parts, high consistency in workloads, and high speeds in batch processing with low consumption of power and process gases\n High Pressure Gas Quenching (HPGQ) - is accelerating the rate (speed) of quenching by densification and cooling of gas. The technology offers a number of convincing benefits, including unprecedented part cleanliness and less overall dimensional change.\n\nSECO/WARWICK team would love to meet you at the event! If you are interested in meeting with our team, please drop us an email (events@secowarwick.com) – we’ll be happy to get it all setup.
