SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8:Visit SECO/WARWICK at Furnaces North America (FNA) 2026 | booth #310-312
DESCRIPTION:Furnaces North America is a unique meeting place for the heat‑treating industry, where experts from around the world share their knowledge, experience, and the latest advancements in technologies, processes, and materials used in heat treatment.\n\nOne of FNA’s greatest strengths is its high‑quality technical sessions. This is where specialists present the newest trends, equipment and process innovations, as well as groundbreaking material solutions that shape the future of the heat‑treating industry.\n\nThis year, the SECO/WARWICK Group as the 1st Choice Supplier for Vacuum Heat Treatment Solutions, will present top vacuum and atmosphere technologies in Indianapolis, Indiana USA.\n\nSave the date and join this expert lecture.\n/ Date: October 13rd, 10:30 am - 11:05 am\n/ Speaker: Sam Cavasin, SECO/WARWICK USA\n“Advantages of Internal Ammonia Dissociation”\nThe focus will be on the following products:\n\n Vector – Single chamber vacuum furnace for heat treatment, hardening, tempering, annealing, brazing, low pressure carburizing (LPC) and sintering. Vector is a single-chamber vacuum furnace that can be used for a wide variety of heat treating processes and applications, such like hardening, tempering, annealing, brazing, low pressure carburizing and sintering. Vector provides important capabilities for producing high-uniformity in heat-treated parts, high consistency in workloads, and high speeds in batch processing with low consumption of power and process gases.\n CaseMaster Evolution T/D – The double-or triple–chamber vacuum furnace sealed quench vacuum furnace for low pressure carburizing (LPC), including integrated oil quenching, designed for high-volume production. This system is dedicated to semi-continuous case hardening using LPC technology (low-pressure carburizing) combined with water quenching, or oil quenching or high-pressure gas quenching (25 bars N2). These systems also enable vacuum hardening and through-hardening.\n ZeroFlow– The modern, energy-saving, and ecological gas nitriding technology used in HRN/VRN type furnaces, allowing for the precise development of the preset composition of the nitrided layer, composed only of alpha, alpha + gamma’ or alpha + gamma’+ epsilon phase, while maintaining minimum ammonia consumption, and thus, minimum emissions of post-process gasses.\n Pit-LPC Vacuum Carburizing Furnaces The alternative for atmosphere carburizing, which achieves maximum productivity. Pit-LPC = cost reduction, taking care of the environment, production increases – all this is possible due to the process being carried out in vacuum and in higher temperatures.\n Rotary Retort Furnaces – rotary retort furnaces are specifically designed for continuous production and uniform heat treating of small parts, such as coins, small hardware, nails, bearings, chain components, and fasteners, such as nuts, bolts, and screws.\n Roller Hearth Furnaces – roller hearth furnaces are designed to heat treat a wide variety of products economically with uniform, repeatable results. The system produces continuous annealing for the efficient production of high quality steel castings and forgings.\n\nWe are looking forward to seeing you at booth #310.
