Today, the SECO\/WARWICK Group is an international organization with strong local roots and a global reach<\/strong><\/p>\n Our history spans several countries \u2013 the United States, Germany, China, India, and Poland \u2013 where we have expanded our operations by building new structures and acquiring well-established, experienced companies.<\/p>\n We are a combination of experience and expertise from various markets, as well as the legacy of companies such as Elterma<\/strong> (founded in 1950, acquired by SECO\/WARWICK in 2003), CAMLAW Ltd.<\/strong> (in 2002, SECO\/WARWICK acquired the intellectual property<\/strong> \u2014 CAB technologies), and Retech (operating since 1963, fully part of the Group since 2010). The acquisition of Retech System LLC marked a strategic milestone, as the Group entered the top-tier segment of titanium and superalloy melting technologies. In 2003, Elterma S.A.<\/strong> formally joined the Group, strengthening us with expertise in atmospheric and aluminum furnaces and – just as importantly – with an engineering culture and a team that remains our advantage today.<\/p>\n It was the people of Elterma who made the “American dream” come true in \u015awiebodzin<\/strong>. Their courage and craftsmanship were at the origins of Trans VAC<\/strong> and the joint venture with a partner from the USA\u2014this was the moment when GPW was established in Poland and the first email was sent.<\/p>\n American Roots in Meadville<\/strong><\/p>\n The American thread of history runs through Sunbeam Equipment Corporation<\/strong> in Meadville. In 1958, Sunbeam acquired the Westinghouse furnace division<\/strong> and moved its operations to Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ module_class=”kolumna3-lider” _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.6″ custom_margin=”||||false|false” custom_margin_tablet=”0px|||” custom_margin_phone=”” custom_margin_last_edited=”on|desktop” custom_padding_tablet=”0px|||” custom_padding_phone=”” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|desktop” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n In 1984, a group of managers bought out Sunbeam Equipment Corporation<\/strong> and Warwick Furnace<\/strong> Company, creating SECO\/WARWICK<\/strong> \u2014 a name that combines “SECO” (Sunbeam Equipment Corporation) and “Warwick.” Since that moment, SECO\/WARWICK has continuously operated under its current brand in Meadville.<\/p>\n It was from Meadville that collaboration flowed to \u015awiebodzin, resulting in a joint venture, SECO\/WARWICK Corporation, with the Polish Trans VAC (est. 1989) in 1991. This is how SECO\/WARWICK was formed, and we consider this day (June 1, 1991) to be the symbolic beginning of the Group<\/strong> \u2014 since then, we have been developing technology, opening subsidiaries, and implementing solutions worldwide. <\/p>\n Today, the SECO\/WARWICK Group has subsidiaries in\u00a0Poland, Germany, China, India, and the United States.
