Mesh Belt furnaces<\/strong> can be configured for either gas or electric heating. The main PTE (electric) or\u00a0PTG (gas) furnace<\/strong> is designed to work with an endothermic atmosphere, produced by an external generator, powered by natural gas or propane. Alternatively, a non-fossil-fuel endothermic atmosphere can be generated using an internal or external methanol dissociator. This protective atmosphere keeps the product clean and supports surface treatment, making belt furnaces<\/strong> an efficient tool in\u00a0the production process. Mesh belt furnaces<\/strong> of this type are used to process a wide variety of small parts, like screws, nuts, bolts and other fasteners.
