The underlying concept of the process, which utilizes no\u00a0flux (no\u00a0flux technology) and significantly enhances environmental safety, mirrors that of a\u00a0chamber furnace. However, the multiplication of chambers allows for a\u00a0substantial increase in\u00a0capacity, achieved, for example, by\u00a0incorporating additional heating or\u00a0post-cooling chambers, resulting in\u00a0time savings.<\/p>\n<p>The VAB-type multi-chamber vacuum furnace is a\u00a0continuous furnace designed for brazing aluminum components in\u00a0multi-batch quantities, featuring a\u00a0rectangular housing. It comprises multiple chambers, each aimed at\u00a0reducing process duration. In\u00a0the basic configuration of such a\u00a0furnace, there is a\u00a0loading chamber serving as\u00a0a\u00a0preheating and potentially a\u00a0de-oiling chamber. Subsequently, there are the process, discharge, and cooling chambers. All chambers, except the cooling chamber, are closely interconnected, facilitating the transportation of parts between chambers under vacuum conditions. The loading, process, and unloading chambers are equipped with a\u00a0multi-zone heating system, enabling precise control and temperature regulation in\u00a0each chamber. Each chamber has an independent drive mechanism. The heating chamber consists of removable metal panels housing heating elements made of heating tapes.
