furnace housings, buffer tanks, angle valve housings and gas installations. The production process begins with burning appropriate sheet metal formats and rolling. The next stage is welding the bottoms, main flanges and nozzles. Our equipment includes one of the largest CNC-controlled carousel lathes in Poland, which allows for precise machining of complex metal shapes. We also have a plasma cutter with a 3D head, which allows for precise cutting with edge beveling. Our four-roll hydraulic sheet metal roll-up machine ensures high precision in sheet metal rolling. In addition, our department has two automated welding stations for submerged arc welding.
