We are visionaries of metal heat treatment, experts in what we do and diversity is our strength.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> developing sales plans to sell equipment\u2019s and Services offered by the company in the given territory and achieve the agreed AOP,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> acquiring new clients, generating new business opportunities, verifying prospects.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> analysis of inquiries to take Bid no Bid decision,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> making Techno commercial offer and involvement in estimation as per customer&#8217;s requirements,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> collaboration with cross functional teams to develop a customer centric solution,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> developing a strong Sales Funnel for the given territory,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> direct Involvement in the Techno commercial closure of an enquiry; regular follow up with the key decision makers and influencers by building a strong rapport,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> maintain close contacts with existing customers and partners (agents) in the markets served in order to generate new sales opportunities for products as well as services,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> attending regular meetings and calls as and when required for updation of AOP Development,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> closely Monitor competitors&#8217; activities and their products in order to properly position our products and update the same to the Management on a regular basis,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> active participation in cooperation with Marketing team for Exhibitions, seminars and other customer events to build company brand value, customer relationship and new product introduction,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> caring for continuous professional development through participation in internal and external training,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> taking care of correct communication and proper flow of information in the company, including proposing changes and improvements in the applicable procedures,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> taking care of the proper image of the company, in contacts with the client.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>QUALIAFICATIONS:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in capital equipment.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Strong goal orientation and motivation to learn.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Ability to manage stress effectively.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Reliable and punctual.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Independent and proactive in action.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Ability to initiate and implement changes.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.<br \/><span style=\"color: #dc291e;\"><strong>\/<\/strong><\/span> Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>LIFE AT SECO\/WARWICK<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At SECO\/WARWICK, our people are our value.
