Tomasz Przygo\u0144ski has received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University in Zielona G\u00f3ra. In the early stages of his career in the years 1994-99, he was a member of teams carrying out the first implementations of thermal solutions of SECO\/WARWICK Corp. US in Poland. Afterwards, during a 5 year period working outside S\/W in a higher managerial position, he managed the service network development of a company associated with a well known producer of heavy goods vehicles. Since 2004, once again in the S\/W group (LTZ Elterma), he has been involved in the implementation of advanced solutions of roller hearth, belt conveyor, sealed-quench and pit carburizing furnaces. In the years 2011-2015 he has held the position of \u00a0Manager in Nitriding and Carburizing Furnaces Department, being involved in the development of ZeroFlow\u00ae gas nitriding solutions, atmosphere generators, carburizing technology lines. Currently he holds the position of Thermal Equipment Development Director and supports S\/W group teams around the world in terms of technological solutions and their development.
