Przemys\u0142aw Zydor\u00a0<\/span>was graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Szczecin with the title of Master of Engineering. Between 1998 and 2005 he was employed in LZT Elterma S.A. at the position of the constructor of vacuum furnaces. When LZT Elterma became a part of\u00a0 SECO\/WARWICK Group in 2003, he was transferred to the Sales Department and he became\u00a0 its manager. In 2004 he became the manager of the Standard Furnace Products Segment. From 2005 to 2015 he was the Sales Director and General Manager outside the company. Since 2015 he has been employed again in the SECO \/WARWICK Group as Thermal Furnaces Team Commercial Director.
