In 2005-2009, he served as an R&D Director, leading the team that developed new equipment and processes, such as low pressure carburizing and high-pressure gas quenching. He served as Director of the Vacuum Team in Europe from 2009-2012. Then he has become the Vice President of the global Vacuum Product Group. Since 2023, he has been the Director at Chemispan Mass Transfer Solutions Private Limited.
\nArvind specializes in managing production, sales, marketing, HR, IT, administration, engineering, quality, planning, dispatch, and maintenance. His achievements include starting plant operations within 3 months, obtaining ISO 9000 certification, tripling the order book, and significantly increasing revenue.
