SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8:Visit SECO/WARWICK at ASM Heat Treating Society Conference & Gear Expo | booth 527
DESCRIPTION:The ASM Heat Treating Society and the American Gear Manufacturers Association once again partner to create an exciting mix of education, technology, networking and exposition opportunities.\n\nASM Heat Treat EXPO\n\nSECO/WARWICK returns to the Heat Treat EXPO with a 10 Bar High Pressure Quench Vacuum Furnace, manufactured in the Meadville, PA facility. SECO/WARWICK will present a 30 minute workshop on understanding the value-added features of a vacuum furnace along with best practices in maintenance and operation. A live demo of simulation and control software will permit attendees to have a first-hand experience with the patented SECO/WARWICK software.\n\nLearn more about our signature technology, FineCarb® Low Pressure Carburizing w/the PreNit® boost option during the technical conference, presented by Tom Lord.\n\nThe Atmosphere furnace group will be on hand to discuss the unique features of the SECO/WARWICK roller hearth furnace design, along with a presentation by Mark Hemsath on how ZeroFlow™ Nitriding can produce excellent results while significantly reducing ammonia consumption.\n\nDid you know? The SECO/WARWICK aluminum group offers a wide variety of designs for aluminum solution heat treating with continuous, indexing, tower and drop bottom configurations. The Aftermarket group provides replacement parts, service and technical rebuilds for a wide variety of heat treating equipment.\n\nGear EXPO\n\nAt this year’s Gear EXPO Technical meeting, Maciej Korecki will introduce a new approach to reducing distortion of automotive gears in continuous production that challenges conventional case hardening methods with a single flow, precision case hardening system for high volume manufacturing, the UniCaseMaster®. Dr. Korecki will be available for questions on this new process in the SECO/WARWICK booth, at the Heat Treat EXPO in booth 527.
