SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8:Visit SECO/WARWICK at 30. NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON HEAT TREATMENT
DESCRIPTION:The 30th National Conference on Heat Treatment is the key Czech event showcasing the latest advancements in heat‑treatment technologies and industrial innovation. It’s a prime opportunity to discover cutting‑edge solutions, meet industry leaders, and explore emerging trends.\n\nOver two days, engineers, researchers, and technology providers gather for expert presentations and discussions, making it a must‑attend meeting point for everyone shaping the future of heat treatment.\n\nThis year in Jihlavy (Czech Republic) SECO/WARWICK as the 1st Choice Supplier of Solutions for Heat Treatment will present top vacuum technologies. In addition, our experts will deliver the following lecture:\n/ Date: November 25th, 2026, 11:20 AM\n/ Speaker: Marcin Przygoński, Business Development Manager, Vacuum Furnaces\nAdvancing low pressure carburizing: hightemperature LPC and modern process control strategies.\n\n \n/ Date: November 25th, 2026, 13:00 PM\n/ Speaker: Jędrzej Malinowski, Business Development Manager, Vacuum Furnaces\nNew developments in ZeroFlow® nitriding: internal ammonia dissociator (IAD-EnerSever) and process simulator - SimNit.\n\nTo stay one step ahead, you need to see:\n\n Vector – a single-chamber vacuum furnace using gas quenching for a wide variety of heat-treating processes and applications. This technology provides important capabilities for obtaining highly uniform results in heat-treated parts, high process consistency in workloads, and high speeds in batch processing with low consumption of electrical power and process gases.\n CaseMaster Evolution (CMe) - two or three chambers vacuum furnaces for low pressure carburizing (LPC). This solution provides maximum flexibility in heat treating and continuous batch processing. CMe brings the best operating performance and enable the heat treatment of many different materials. This is the key factor when selecting furnace to be used in e.g. commercial hardening plants.\n Vacuum Aluminum Brazing (VAB) – technology is gaining in importance due to its environmental friendliness and process cleanliness. VAB furnaces provide reliable and repeatable brazing results in a wide range of furnaces, tailored to each customer’s expectations and requirements.\n ZeroFlow – The modern, energy-saving, and ecological gas nitriding technology used in HRN/VRN type furnaces, allowing for the precise development of the preset composition of the nitrided layer, composed only of alpha, alpha + gamma’ or alpha + gamma’+ epsilon phase, while maintaining minimum ammonia consumption, and thus, minimum emissions of post-process gasses.\n Pit-LPC Vacuum Carburizing Furnaces An alternative to atmosphere carburizing, that maximizes its performance potential. Pit-LPC = cost reduction, taking care of the environment, production increases – all this is possible due to the process being carried out in vacuum and at higher temperatures.\n\nOur team would love to meet you at this event!
