SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8:Visit SECO/WARWICK at ASM Heat Treat Mexico 2024
DESCRIPTION:Heat Treat Mexico is a premier event, powered by the ASM Mexico Chapter of the Heat Treating Society and the organizers of Heat Treat North America. This event will showcase heat treating resources and technology for emerging markets in Mexico.\n\nSECO/WARWICK Group, the 1st Choice Supplier of Solutions for Green Heat Treatment, will present top vacuum and atmosphere technologies. Our experts will give a lecture on leading SECO/WARWICK technologies:\n/ Date: April 9th 20204\n/ Speaker: Rafał Walczak, Carlos Carrasco\nAnatomy of a Heat Treatment Furnace\n\n \n/ Date: April 10th 2024\n/ Speaker: Rafał Walczak\n4D Quench – Sustainable Approach to Minimizing Heat Treatment Distortions in Gears and Bearing components\n\n\n \n\nThe focus will be on the following products:\n\n 4D Quench® -- is a vacuum heat treatment system solution for individual quenching of component parts such as gears, shafts, bearing races, rings, selves, etc. made of standard or custom case and through hardening steels. The system operates under nitrogen. It provides excellent distortion control and notably increases precision and repeatability of heat treatment while reducing unit and overall production costs.\n Vacuum Aluminum Brazing – technology is gaining in importance due to its environmental friendliness and process cleanliness. VAB furnaces provide reliable and repeatable brazing results in a wide range of furnaces, tailored to each customer’s expectations and requirements\n Vector® – Vector is a single-chamber vacuum furnace using a gas quench that can be used for a wide variety of heat treating processes and applications. It provides important capabilities for producing high uniformity in heat treated parts, high process consistency in workloads, and high speeds in batch processing with low consumption of power and process gases.\n CaseMaster Evolution T – is a triple-chamber vacuum furnace designed for high volume case hardening processing based on low pressure carburizing (LPC) and gas quenching in the semi-continuous production mode. The system is built with three separate, functional chambers: a loading and pre-heating chamber, process chamber (LPC), gas quenching and unloading chamber.\n ZeroFlow® – a modern, energy-saving, and ecological gas nitriding technology used in HRN/VRN type furnaces, allowing for the precise development of the preset composition of the nitrided layer, composed only of alpha, alpha+gamma’ or alpha+gamma’+epsilon phase, while maintaining minimum ammonia consumption, and thus, minimum emissions of post-process gases.\n Pit-LPC Vacuum Carburizing Furnaces Alternative for atmosphere carburizing, which achieved the maximum of its possibilities. Pit-LPC = cost reduction, taking care of the environment, production increase – all this is possible due to the process being carried out in vacuum and in higher temperatures\n Rotary Retort Furnaces – rotary retort furnaces are specifically designed for continuous production and uniform heat treating of small parts, such as coins, small hardware, nails, bearings, chain components, and fasteners, such as nuts, bolts, and screws.\n Roller Hearth Furnaces – roller hearth furnaces are designed to heat treat a wide variety of products economically with uniform, repeatable results. Efficient, continuous annealing of steel castings and forgings.\n\n \n\nWe are looking forward to seeing you at Booth #4 & #6\n\n \n\nThe SECO/WARWICK team would love to meet you at this event!
