CaseMaster Evolution T/D – The Double- & Triple– chamber vacuum furnace for low pressure carburizing (LPC) and oil or high pressure gas quenching in high volume production. This systemis dedicated for semicontinuous case hardening by low pressure carburizing and oil or high pressure gas quenching as well as for through hardening as a wide ranging alternative for atmospheric sealed quench furnaces, continuous lines and multi-chamber systems.
Vacuum Aluminum Brazing (VAB) – This technology is gaining importance due to its environmental friendliness and process cleanliness. VAB furnaces provide reliable and repeatable brazing results in a wide range of furnaces, tailored to each customer’s expectations and requirements.
Vector HV — A horizontally or vertically oriented single-chamber high vacuum furnace using gas cooling which can be used for a wide variety of heat treating processes and applications. It provides important capabilities for producing high uniformity in heat treated parts, high process cleanness, high consistency in workloads and efficient processing with low consumption of power and process gases.
