RASA ALÜMİNYUM RADYATÖR SANAYİ A.Ş., a Turkish manufacturer of industrial cooling systems and various types of heat exchangers, has ordered a universal CAB batch furnace with a vacuum purging system from SECO/WARWICK. The solution will increase production capacity, expand the company’s plate-bar heat exchanger offering, and provide a technological foundation for the continued development of its new plant.
SECO/WARWICK will deliver a vacuum furnace to the Aerospace business unit of the Godrej Enterprises Group. This is an important step for the Group in developing its competencies in the Indian market for advanced heat treatment in the aerospace industry. The contract includes the supply of a furnace manufactured in Europe, as well as a complete package of auxiliary equipment in a turnkey formula, which will be produced in India. This strengthens the local SECO/WARWICK branch in India and their service capabilities.
SECO/WARWICK will deliver a single chamber vacuum furnace with 15 bar abs high pressure gas quenching to the Czech heat treat company Kalírna Desire. Kalírna Desire is opening a new commercial heat treat facility in a region that has so far lacked local infrastructure for vacuum hardening. The Vector furnace will be the first vacuum system in operation, and the foundation for a new line of business built around vacuum heat treatment services—both for in-house production and for nearby manufacturers.
Poland continues to strengthen its position as one of Europe’s key aviation production hubs. One of the pillars of this position is advanced heat treatment technologies, such as SECO/WARWICK solutions used by global component manufacturers. The latest example is the signed contract for the supply of a horizontal CaseMaster Evolution dual chamber vacuum furnace with oil quenching for the aerospace sector.
