On July 4, 2025, a special anniversary meeting was held for employees who celebrated 10, 20, or 30 years of service with our company in the first half of this year.
This event is not just a celebration of years of service – it’s a celebration of the people who have been contributing to SECO/WARWICK for decades. Behind each anniversary lie the stories, challenges, professional development, commitment, and collaboration that have made our company what it is today.
Celebrating anniversaries twice a year is a permanent part of our organizational culture.
It’s a time for reflection, recognition, and appreciation of loyalty, which is of immense value.
We are pleased to pause for a moment, and thanks our employees for the years of collaboration. This year’s honorees included:
👉 5 individuals with 10 years of service
👉 4 individuals with 20 years of service
👉 7 individuals with 30 years of service
Each of the honorees received individual thanks and a gift. The ceremony began with a formal reception, which included speeches full of appreciation.
There was also time for a more informal celebration – conversations, cake, and memories that often brought smiles. We reminisced about our Polonez business trips and our first phone calls with an antenna, but we also shared stories about passions, families, and what unites us beyond the company walls.
At SECO/WARWICK, we strive to recognize long-term employees not only symbolically but also practically.
To celebrate, we’re awarding additional days of leave to those celebrating their anniversary:
👉 2 days for those with 30 years of service
👉 4 days for those with 40 years of service
👉 6 days for those with 50 years of service
This is our way of expressing our gratitude for your years of service, commitment, and loyalty.
