  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in vacuum heat treatment systems.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical questions.
  • Client Engagement & Representation
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for SECO/WARWICK’s Vacuum division.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and executives.
    • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Technical & Commercial Expertise
    • Prepare and present customized techno-commercial proposals.
    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to guide strategy.
  • Marketing & Industry Presence
    • Represent SECO/WARWICK at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
    • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional content and campaigns.
  • Internal Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and service teams.
    • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and customer feedback.
