To make this day even more special and to express deep appreciation, a small surprise was prepared in Poland. Female colleagues received Rossmann gift cards. It is a symbolic gesture, given with the hope that it will provide a relaxing addition to well-deserved downtime.
The celebration, however, had a truly global reach. Last week, the RETECH team in the United States celebrated International Women’s Day in an exceptionally creative way. Employees gathered on-site to participate in a paint-by-numbers activity, enjoy a delicious meal, and spend quality time together away from daily duties. It was a perfect opportunity for integration, relaxation, and team building. Remote team members were not forgotten, either. To ensure everyone could feel the festive atmosphere, those working off-site received personalized aprons and individual painting projects, allowing them to join the fun from afar. Special thanks go to Elizabeth Marohn, who prepared the personalization of each apron with great attention to detail. They became a real hit of the event and gave the whole celebration a unique, personal touch.
