SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a Sales Manager in Pune, India.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
/ developing sales plans to sell equipment’s and Services offered by the company in the given territory and achieve the agreed AOP,
/ acquiring new clients, generating new business opportunities, verifying prospects.
/ analysis of inquiries to take Bid no Bid decision,
/ making Techno commercial offer and involvement in estimation as per customer’s requirements,
/ collaboration with cross functional teams to develop a customer centric solution,
/ developing a strong Sales Funnel for the given territory,
/ direct Involvement in the Techno commercial closure of an enquiry; regular follow up with the key decision makers and influencers by building a strong rapport,
/ maintain close contacts with existing customers and partners (agents) in the markets served in order to generate new sales opportunities for products as well as services,
/ attending regular meetings and calls as and when required for updation of AOP Development,
/ closely Monitor competitors’ activities and their products in order to properly position our products and update the same to the Management on a regular basis,
/ active participation in cooperation with Marketing team for Exhibitions, seminars and other customer events to build company brand value, customer relationship and new product introduction,
/ caring for continuous professional development through participation in internal and external training,
/ taking care of correct communication and proper flow of information in the company, including proposing changes and improvements in the applicable procedures,
/ taking care of the proper image of the company, in contacts with the client.
QUALIAFICATIONS:
/ Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in capital equipment.
/ Strong goal orientation and motivation to learn.
/ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
/ Ability to manage stress effectively.
/ Reliable and punctual.
/ Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.
/ Independent and proactive in action.
/ Ability to initiate and implement changes.
/ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
/ Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
