We would like to inform you, that the SECO/WARWICK Group has sold its entire shares in SECO/WARWICK do Brasil Ltda. COMBUSTOL Equipamentos Indústria e Comércio Ltda. with its headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil is their acquirer.
COMBUSTOL is one of the leading Brazilian technological companies, specializing in building complex thermal processing lines. Due to their strong market position, understanding of the local market and a good reputation, COMBUSTOL has been chosen as the business partner that will serve SECO/WARWICK customers in South America.
SECO/WARWICK is finalizing the contract with COMBUSTOL covering technological, production and service support. Following this agreement COMBUSTOL will become a representative of SECO/WARWICK for South America.
One of the key factors for the changes, is the economic situation in Brazil, which enforces this kind of consolidation activities. We are confident that combining the strengths of traditional and new technologies of the SECO/WARWICK Group with a strong, local presence of the enlarged COMBUSTOL Group in the Brazilian market, will be an excellent offer for all our existing and future customers.
