On July 3rd, we organized an official meeting with the SECO/WARWICK Management Board, during which we thanked the mentors and all individuals involved in the development of young talents within the SECO/GENERATION program. This initiative is much more than just practical vocational training, apprenticeships, and internships. Above all, it is about building a bridge between education and business and showing young people what modern industry looks like from the inside.
During the 2025/2026 school year, educational activities involved 13 students in a three-year vocational training program, 26 apprentices, and 8 trainees. Behind these impressive numbers stand specific people. These are the employees, mentors, supervisors, foremen, specialists, and entire teams who share knowledge every single day. Together, we explain processes, support the first professional steps of young individuals, and demonstrate what responsibility, cooperation, and professionalism truly mean.
We warmly thank everyone who engages in the development of students, apprentices, and trainees. This applies to daily work in production, technical, and administrative departments, as well as activity during educational events, open days, job fairs, or projects promoting technical professions. It is thanks to immense patience, openness, and readiness to share experience that young people can thoroughly get to know SECO/WARWICK, gain practical competencies, and consciously plan future careers. We are extremely proud that together we are shaping future talents. Thank you all for being a part of the SECO/GENERATION initiative.
