  • Review RFQs, tenders, and technical specs.
  • Prepare technical questionnaires for customer clarifications.
  • Gather complete process and equipment data for estimation.
  • Prepare technical & commercial offers for furnaces (Vacuum/Atmosphere).
  • Float enquiries and evaluate supplier/vendor offers (technical & commercial).
  • Coordinate with Design, Procurement & Projects for accurate costing.
  • Support Sales in offer optimization and pricing strategy.
  • Assist Sales with customized proposals and presentations.
  • Join technical discussions and customer meetings.
  • Support value engineering to meet client budgets.
  • Track proposals and support during negotiation stages.
  • Maintain proposal records, cost sheets & vendor data.
  • Prepare PQ / compliance documents for tenders.
  • Ensure ISO compliance and documentation standards.
  • Update supplier database & cost benchmarks periodically.

Analysis and reports

  • Expertise in cost estimation, proposal drafting & bid evaluation, analytical skills,
  • Project Scope,
  • Compliance and risk assessment,
  • Negotiation,
  • Skilled in reading technical drawings & P&Ids,
  • Good grasp of commercial terms (Incoterms, payments, taxes),
  • Strong communication & coordination with customers and teams,
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, ERP / CRM tools,
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in handling multiple proposals,
  • Knowledge of heat treatment & furnace technologies (Vacuum, Atmosphere, Quenching).

You will be a key member of the Sales Team, driving success by preparing accurate, competitive, and high-quality technical proposals. Your expertise will directly contribute to winning new orders and strengthening SECO/WARWICK’s market leadership in heat treatment solutions.
