Technology, innovation, and industrial furnaces are our day-to-day reality, but the true heart of SECO/WARWICK has always been, is, and will be its people. It is their knowledge, experience, and loyalty that allow us to expand into new markets. On December 12th, we paused for a moment in the daily rush to formally thank employees who celebrated their milestone work anniversaries in the second half of 2025.

Anniversary gatherings are a tradition that always stirs up plenty of emotion. They make us realize how many of us have dedicated our professional lives to SECO/WARWICK for decades. In this half-year, the group of honorees was exceptionally large and diverse.

We had the honor of presenting awards to employees with impressive tenure:

🔹 14 people celebrated their 10th anniversary,

🔹 8 people celebrated their 20th anniversary,

🔹 6 people have been with us for 30 years!

We extend special appreciation to the group with 30 years of tenure. These are employees who remember completely different market and technological landscapes, and whose work helped build the company almost from its very beginnings.

The official presentation of gifts and diplomas was only part of the ceremony. The most important element of this meeting was the opportunity to be together and share memories.

Conversations at the shared table quickly turned into a fascinating journey through the company’s history. There was no shortage of comparisons – what the work of an engineer or specialist looked like over a dozen years ago versus the tools we have at our disposal today. We reminisced about the evolution of our products, old challenges that seem trivial today, and anecdotes that, despite the passage of time, still bring bursts of laughter. It is precisely these stories that create the unique culture of SECO/WARWICK.

Every year of work represents thousands of solved problems, completed projects, and support shown to teammates. Dear Honorees, thank you for your loyalty and commitment. You are the foundation of this company, and every “brick” you have laid has contributed to where we are today.
