Out of concern for the comprehensive well-being of employees, SECO/WARWICK attaches great importance to health – both physical and mental. In March of this year, a new edition of the SECO/HEALTH program was launched, aimed at supporting overall fitness and promoting a balanced lifestyle in the workplace.
Currently, the main theme revolves around mental health crises and their impact on daily functioning. To better understand these mechanisms, a webinar titled “First Aid for Mental Health” was organized and led by Katarzyna Leśniak. During the meeting, specific tips were presented on how to recognize emotional crises, cope with stress, and build relationships that support a good and safe atmosphere at work. This is a crucial step toward creating a space where every employee can feel comfortable and secure.
The SECO/HEALTH program, however, is a long-term initiative, which is why exploring other equally important issues has been planned for the coming months. Participants will be able to expand their knowledge in the fields of health prophylaxis, neurodiversity, as well as critical thinking and resistance to disinformation.
Taking care of health is an absolute priority, so active participation in upcoming events and following the latest updates is highly encouraged. Joint involvement in such initiatives helps build a stronger, more united, and aware team at SECO/WARWICK.
