The 82nd Heat Treatment Congress (HK) organized by AWT will be held together with the 31st IFHTSE World Congress, the ECHT Conference, and the 4th Steel Innovation Conference.
This combined event creates the largest and most influential platform for exchanging knowledge and showcasing innovations in heat treatment, surface engineering, materials technology, and modern process engineering — bringing together industry leaders and top technology providers shaping the future of the sector.
This year, in Cologne (Germany), SECO/WARWICK, as the 1st Choice Supplier of Solution for Vacuum Heat Treatment Solutions, will showcase its modern, energy‑efficient, and environmentally friendly vacuum heat treatment equipment.
Discover leading solutions for metal heat treatment at our stand:
- Pit-LPC Vacuum Carburizing Furnaces An alternative to atmosphere carburizing, that achieves the maximum of its possibilities. Pit-LPC = cost reduction, taking care of the environment, production increases – all this is possible due to the process being carried out in vacuum and at higher temperatures.
- Vector – a single-chamber vacuum furnace using gas quenching for a wide variety of heat-treating processes and applications. This technology provides important capabilities for obtaining highly uniform results in heat-treated parts, high process consistency in workloads, and high speeds in batch processing with low consumption of electrical power and process gases.
- Vector HV – is a horizontally or vertically oriented single-chamber high vacuum furnace using gas cooling which can be used for a wide variety of heat-treating processes and applications. It provides important capabilities for producing high uniformity in heat-treated parts, high process cleanness, high consistency in workloads, and efficient processing with low consumption of power and process gases.
- Vacuum Aluminum Brazing (VAB) – technology is gaining in importance due to its environmental friendliness and process cleanliness. VAB furnaces provide reliable and repeatable brazing results in a wide range of furnaces, tailored to each customer’s expectations and requirements.
- CaseMaster Evolution T – The triple-chamber vacuum furnace designed for high-volume heat treatment processes such as low-pressure carburizing (LPC), annealing or vacuum brazing, combined with gas or oil quenching in semi-continuous production mode. The system is built with three separate, functional chambers: the loading and pre-heating chamber, process chamber, quenching and unloading chamber.
- ZeroFlow – The modern, energy-saving, and ecological gas nitriding technology used in HRN/VRN type furnaces, allowing for the precise development of the preset composition of the nitrided layer, composed only of alpha, alpha+gamma’ or alpha+gamma’+ epsilon phase, while maintaining minimum ammonia consumption, and thus, minimum emissions of post-process gasses.
