The EICF International Conference is organized every year to provide attendees with the latest knowledge of advanced manufacturing technology.
This year in Sandander (Spain) Retech, a SECO/WARWICK Group company, will present the first-choice solutions for vacuum melting systems, focused on precision investment casting including:
- VIM DS/S.C. – designed to produce Directionally Solidified and Single Crystal parts for the most advanced applications,
- VIM EQ – furnaces are uniquely configurable to produce Equiaxed castings from a wide range of materials,
- VIM lab – the Lab Scale Vacuum Induction Melting system utilizing state of the art melting technology in combination with special features for research and alloy development.
Retech’s vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnace systems are the first-choice technology for industries such as: automotive, consumer products, aeronautics and power generation using equiaxed, unidirectional crystallisation or monocrystallisation in lost-wax casting.
As a first-choice supplier, the SECO/WARWICK Group will present the innovative vacuum casting furnace – JetCaster® – in the field of single-crystal casting of nickel and cobalt superalloys.
If you want to discover this technology, you must see the lecture!
“Application of the Developed Gas Cooling Casting method (JetCaster®) in the production of nickel-based superalloy single crystal turbine blades.”
/ Date: May 16th, 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm
/ Speaker: Artur Wiechczyński
