It took just four weeks from the moment the order was placed for SECO/WARWICK to deliver one of its most versatile products, the single-chamber Vector vacuum furnace, to the Turkish service hardening plant, More Heat Treatment A.S. This device will not only expand the range of heat treatment services offered but will also serve as a showroom piece for future clients in Turkey. More Heat Treatment has become SECO/WARWICK’s official business partner in the Turkish market.
SECO/WARWICK will supply a Vector vacuum furnace to the Marle Group, a global manufacturer of orthopedic prosthetics headquartered in Europe. The equipment will be installed in France at Marle Nowak’s facility, which specializes in the production of orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, spinal devices, and OEM manufacturing for the medical sector. The single-chamber furnace will be used for heat treating implants and surgical tools. The contract was secured thanks to successful reference trials conducted at SECO/WARWICK’s R&D department.
SECO/WARWICK USA has received orders for two identical Vector single chamber vacuum furnaces from a major U.S. bearing manufacturer, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading provider of advanced heat-treatment technology in the North American market.
The SECO/WARWICK Group will carry out another project in China – this time delivering a complete, continuous controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) line for the production facility of one of the leading suppliers of air conditioning and engine heat management components for vehicles. This is the second order from this Partner within the SECO/WARWICK Group, and the first directly executed by the SECO/WARWICK Group’s Chinese Subsidiary.
