SECO/VACUUM’s entrance into the North American vacuum furnace market as the newest vacuum furnace manufacturer is off to a roaring start. Besides landing orders for nearly 10 furnaces in the first several months of their existence, the company is also relocating to newly remodeled offices in Meadville, Pennsylvania, home of sister company SECO/WARWICK Corporation. As part of a much larger facelift for the 180 Mercer Street office building, SECO/VACUUM is relocating to Suite 101 where all the key players in the organization will be able to work closely with each other to quickly address customer inquiries.
A controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing (CAB) system has been installed by Mainstream Engineering. This system will be used in the manufacturing of advanced heat exchangers and cold plates for military, government and commercial applications. This system allows Mainstream to braze a wide assortment of very large cold plates and heat exchangers using a variety of aluminum alloys.
SECO/WARWICK will participate in key industry conferences and events, held around the world in June (in Poznan, Las Vegas, Shanghai, Nice) focused on networking and exchanging first-class knowledge, latest trends and technologies in heat processing solutions.
