Aluminium 2022

The ALUMINIUM Trade Fair organised in Düsseldorf is one of the most important expert meetings in the field of aluminium heat treatment worldwide.

Aluminium heat treatment and controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) are two of the specialties of SECO/WARWICK Group, but are also processes most frequently used by the automotive industry.

Aluminium parts manufacturers acknowledge SECO/WARWICK’s well-earned reputation for proven technologies gained through its experience and its record of hundreds of aluminium Thermal Heat Treatment Furnace Systems delivered over many decades.

This year, the biggest attractions of stand will be:

Vortex 2.0® – Aluminum coil annealing system. Newly developed Vortex 2.0  system increases the process productivity, ensuring the highest quality of the processed detail with lower energy consumption. The transition from V1 to V2 is a technology leap for aluminum heat treating. Natural phenomena adapted through engineering is the path for future innovation for many other SECOWARWICK’s solutions. The high efficiency of the entire Vortex 2.0 system fits the low emission requirements posed by the modern heat treatment.

VertiQuench® – Drop Bottom Furnaces provide an affordable solution for demanding automotive and aerospace applications in aluminum solution heat treatment and aging.  This innovative NADCAP compliant technology enables very fast and full load immersion,  as short as 5 seconds.

Aluminum Aging and Annealing Furnaces  – Mass Flow design, especially for wire, profile and foil (less than 100microns) annealing, where the surface of the load is vulnerable to damages during high atmosphere flow.

Afterburner – the device that effectively reduces the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC). The afterburner system used for decades in the manufacturing lines of aluminum heat exchangers is now implemented for both mass flow and Vortex 2.0 ® technology furnaces for aluminum coil annealing applications.

We are looking forward to seeing you at stand 6D51.
